Yes. The law requires that all skiers using the ski slopes, regardless of their age, need to have and display valid insurance covering their liability for damage or injury caused to third parties.

The law stipulates that the police can carry out checks on the actual possession of insurance cover. If the skier is not in possession of insurance, he risks a fine of € 100.00 to € 150.00, in addition to having his skipass confiscated.

No, a refund by Dolomiti Superski is only possible if there is no insurance cover.
