Five culinary worlds – a culture of enjoyment
Dolomiti Superski stretches all the way across Veneto, Trentino and South Tyrol, and you can taste the variety! Five culinary worlds come together in this melting pot, crossing regional boundaries and creating a food culture second to none. Ladin and South Tyrolean specialities, Veneto cuisine and Trentino and Mediterranean flavours come together to create dishes that foodies from across the globe will love.
A culinary tour through three provinces
Stop off and enjoy local specialities in the 400 huts in the Dolomiti Superski ski resorts, turning your day on the slopes into a tasty tour. Ladin turtres, casunzei from Cortina d’Ampezzo, mazzano from Trentino, schlutzkrapfen from South Tyrol, traditional cheeses, grappas, mulled wines, cappuccinos, bombardinos – there’s a long list to get through and one good bite deserves another! If you can’t make up your mind, you’ll just need to keep coming back. You can enjoy 1,200 km of slopes between meals, too.
By the way: while you’re taking a break in the huts and on the terraces you can enjoy an amazing view of the mountains.

Five course tasting menus and substantial, filling treats. Contemporary reinterpretations and timeless classics.
