Val di Fiemme - Tesero

RespirArt

RespirArt is one of the highest art park in the world, located at 2200 meters above the sea level in Pampeago, Val di Fiemme. This park, created in 2011 by a project of Beatrice Calamari and Marco Nones, aims at leading hikers to discover several art installations located among pastures and Dolomitic peaks of Latemar, declared by Unseco a Natural World Heritage Site.
Along the round route of 3 km, between Rifugio Monte Agnello and Rifugio Caserina, there are some contemporary art pieces created by worldwide- known artists such as Hidetoshi Nagasawa.
Every summer new installations are created. Others, instead, go back to nature during the heavy snowfalls of winter time.
Kids have fun playing with wooden games inspired by these art installations and enjoy themselves during land-art workshops. The art park can be reached with the chairlift Agnello or by foot.
The heart of the park is the Theater of Latemar. Here, every summer, many concerts and events take place: among them, the RespirArt Day which presents the new masterpieces of Nature Contemporary Art.
Some art masterpieces can also be admired in the wintertime from the ski slope Agnello of the ski area Latemar Dolomites.
