From Spëscia to Sasso Croce

During this hike you can enjoy the fresh air of the forest of La Val up to the Hospice Santa Croce, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the peaks of the Dolomites.

Description

From the car park in Spëscia above the village of La Val, climb up on the path no. 15A, which passes through the forest and along the meadows at the foot of Sasso Croce; you will reach the homonymous hut. At the hut  a short stop to refresh yourself and to visit the small church of Santa Croce while admiring the surrounding panorama is reccomended.

The return journey is along the same route as the outward one.
